To set IK

Step 1

To set IK, the first thing you need to select the first small child bone of the left arm and press M key for Motion Option panel. After that, click on the Unaffected by IK of Descendants.

Step 2

Next, select the small child bone from left wrist and press M key for Motion Option panel. After that, just click on Unaffected by IK of Descendants, and select leftHand for Goal Object and tick on Full-time IK. You just need to repeat the same procedure for the right arm.
